being offered. The order will not be dispatched and transaction
will be cancelled if the buyer fails to confirm to RUIZWINE
or its Payment Service Provider (WorldPay)

- issue
number or start date
- the
cardholder's name and initials as they appear on the
card
- the
card expiry date
- the
name of the bank or other financial institution that
issued the card
- the
cardholder's full postal address/billing address and
'Security Code'

Prices
These are quoted including VAT at the current rate and are
for 75cl bottles unless stated otherwise. All orders are
accepted subject to availability. Prices may change during
the year with the most recent list detailing the ruling price
at any time.

Delivery
Prices include postage, packing and delivery. Delivery can
only be made within the UK. We aim to get orders to you within
7 days. If there is likely to be a problem then we will let
you know.

| Returns |
Please
check your delivery as soon as possible and report any breakages
to us on 01932 885544. If the wine received is in an unsatisfactory
condition, please retain the bottle and contents and call the
above number. We are sorry that we can not be held responsible
for wine which deteriorates as a result of unsuitable storage
after delivery. Please contact us if you require storage advice. |
